WARRANTY POLICY
Unless otherwise stated, all products are under the warranty of the manufacturer. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. If you see any damage, have the cargo officer write a report and do not accept the product. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or damage to the original design / box or packaging of the product are not covered by the warranty.
EXCHANGE
How Long is the Exchange Period for Products?
The exchange period is "15 DAYS" from the invoice date, provided that the products you have purchased from www.foreca.com.tr have not been used.
How Can I Perform the Exchange Process?
1- You must send the product/products you want to exchange, together with the invoice, to our central address on the invoice via our contracted cargo company MNG Cargo Cargo.
2- After the cargo you sent reaches us, you must contact us from the information on our contact page to create your exchange order before the stocks of the products you want run out.
3- Our relevant team will carry out your exchange process in accordance with the product you sent and the order you placed.
Will I Pay Shipping Fee in the Exchange Process?
1- If the purchased product reaches you in a defective/faulty/wrong way, we will cover the shipping fee if you use the cargo company we have an agreement with when sending the defective/faulty/wrong product to our address. We will not cover the shipping fee if you send it with a different cargo company.
2- In the exchange processes of products that are not defective/faulty/wrong, you cover the shipping fee when sending it to us, the shipping fee of your new product sent to you after the product exchange process is reflected to you.
3- The shipping fees are covered by you when sending the product you decided to exchange to us. The Shipping Fee will be Reflected to You when sending your new product to you.
4- There is ABSOLUTELY NO exchange and return for discounted products.
Important Information About Cash on Delivery
The following notification is for those who place an order via our website using the cash on delivery method and never receive their cargo.
Products purchased via cash on delivery must be received from the cargo company. Products that are not received cannot be returned. Packages that are not received and returned are kept waiting to be sent to the customer again by the company with the cargo cost added.
Similarly, if the product is not received, the sales contract, phone call records for approval and the address declared by the buyer, the computer location address (IP/MAC Address) used during the order are used as evidence; Due to the abuse of the shopping opportunity via cash on delivery, unnecessary use of the supplier, cargo and packaging officer and slowing down the workforce; legal action is initiated for the compensation of all cargo costs and operating expenses through legal means.
The buyer officially declares to pay the site owners in advance the compensation amount of at least forty (40) and at most ninety (90) times the invoice amount, including cargo, for each product purchased via cash on delivery and not received and caused the company damage.
The Product I Changed Is More Expensive Than the Product I Sent
1- If the total amount of the products in your exchange order is higher than the amount of the product/products you sent, the remaining amount will be reflected to you as CASH ON DOOR.
2- THE CASH ON DOOR SHIPPING FEE IS 5.00 TURKISH LIRA INCLUDING THE SERVICE FEE. A SHIPPING FEE OF 5.00 LIRA IS REFLECTED TO ALL CARGOES WITH A DIFFERENT AMOUNT AND IS PAID BY THE BUYER.
CANCELLATION & RETURN
My order is defective/defective/wrongly sent What should I do?
All products we offer for sale are checked for damage while being packaged for delivery to the cargo. In the rare event that a product reaches you defective/defective/wrongly, the process works as follows;
When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, be sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and have a “Status Determination Report” prepared as soon as you see any damage.
In case of any damage you notice after the delivery of the order, you must immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a “Status Determination Report”. If the cargo branch does not help you in this regard, please inform us as soon as possible.
When you send the damaged product to our address … with the Damage Determination Report, your product exchange or return transactions will be completed quickly and you will be informed about this.
How will the amount I paid be refunded to me when I return the product?
When you return the product, after receiving the acceptance approval from the product inspection, your money will be refunded by adhering to your payment method.
– If you made your payment by credit card, your installment transactions will be refunded to your card in installments and your single payment transactions will be refunded to your card as a single payment within 7 business days.
– If you made your payment by debit card, your single payment transaction will be refunded to your bank account via money transfer / EFT within 7 business days.
– If you made your payment with a virtual card, your single payment transaction will be refunded to your card within 7 business days.
– If you made your payment with the cash on delivery option, it will be refunded to the IBAN number you provided to us within 7 business days.
Why Wasn't the Product Return Transferred to My Account?

* IN EXCHANGE AND RETURN TRANSACTIONS, YOU MUST SHIPPING WITH OUR CONTRACTED CARGO COMPANY SURAT CARGO. SHIPPING FEES OF SHIPMENTS SENT WITH OTHER CARGO COMPANIES ARE NOT COVERED BY OUR COMPANY.
THERE IS NO CHANGE IN PRODUCTS IN THE OUTLET GROUP.
